The standard lease with Keyzy is 3 years long. We can discuss longer leases on a case by cases basis.
Do I have to agree today on my future sale price?
Yes. We pre-agree on a future sale price because the tenants that Keyzy places in your property move in with the goal to acquire your property in the next 3 years. We are removing barriers to home ownership in the UK, while improving economics for our landlord partners.
Can I choose to not sell my property?
If you enter a Keyzy lease and Keyzy's tenants want to exercise their right to buy the property you have to sell.
