Keyzy comes to Springfield Village: a whole new block in Wandsworth

We're excited to share some big news: Keyzy has acquired an entire residential block at Springfield Village in Wandsworth. It's our fourth London development and the biggest step we've taken since launch — and every home in it will be offered through our rent-to-buy model.

The block is called Beech House: 22 brand-new homes across 17,000 sq ft, built by developer London Square. As we head into our third year, it's a real marker of the momentum we've built — and of how many more Londoners we can help onto the property ladder.

The deal

Beech House is a single two-storey block of 18 two-bedroom and four one-bedroom apartments. Rents start from £2,200 a month for a one-bedroom and £2,500 for a two-bedroom, with buy-later prices from £625,000 — or £572,200 once your rent is credited back against the purchase.

Taking on a whole block rather than a handful of units means we can bring the full Keyzy experience to one community at scale, and gives our investment partners a clean, self-contained asset. It also puts the £130m funding programme we secured last year to good use as we keep growing the number of homes available through rent-to-buy.

Why people choose Keyzy

Plenty of Londoners can comfortably cover the rent but find the deposit just out of reach. That's the gap we close, and it's why people come to us:

  • Your rent isn't wasted. Everything you pay over the two-year term is credited toward buying your home — so renting actually gets you closer to owning.
  • No nasty surprises. Your monthly rent and your future purchase price are both locked in from day one. No moving goalposts.
  • Try before you buy. You get to live in the home and the neighbourhood before you commit to purchasing it.
  • A real path to ownership. For young professionals and key workers priced out of saving, it turns "one day" into an actual plan.

Why Springfield Village

Springfield Village is one of south-west London's most exciting new neighbourhoods — a landmark development delivering more than 1,200 homes alongside 32 acres of new parkland, community facilities and retail space, all within easy reach of Tooting Bec and Earlsfield stations. It's part of the wider regeneration of the former Springfield Hospital site, restoring Grade II listed buildings while bringing in new, state-of-the-art hospital facilities nearby.

In other words, it's exactly the kind of place we want to help people call home.

What our co-founder says

Jeremy Matallah, co-founder of Keyzy, said: "Springfield Village is exactly the kind of neighbourhood we want to showcase. It's a fantastic development in an area where many people can comfortably afford market rents but struggle to save the deposit needed to buy.

"Our model bridges that gap. By allowing customers to put two years' rent towards a deposit, we're giving more Londoners a realistic pathway into homeownership while creating long-term value for our investment partners.

"This is our fourth London development and demonstrates the momentum we've built in just three years as we continue to grow our portfolio."

More to come

Springfield Village is another step in our growth story, and we're not slowing down. We'll keep working with institutional partners to bring more rent-to-buy homes to the neighbourhoods where they're needed most — and we can't wait to welcome our first residents to Beech House.
